Job Purpose



The Inside Sales Representative, reporting to the Sales Manager, is responsible for professionally and promptly responding to client inquiries and scheduling appointments with prospective sales leads.

Job Overview



We're seeking a driven, motivated, and dedicated Inside Sales Professional. The primary responsibility will be scheduling appointments with prospective sales leads. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of understanding client needs and ensuring satisfaction through follow-up calls. While industry experience is not required, as full training will be provided, a high level of integrity is essential.

Day-to-Day Duties and Responsibilities



Schedule appointments with prospective sales leads. Inside sales representatives will handle both incoming and outgoing leads. Responsible for collecting payments and other entry-level accounts receivable duties as needed. Make follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction. Maintain and track client call logs. Help generate sales leads. Clearly communicate company services and respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly. Make cold sales calls. Complete additional administration tasks as assigned.

What you Bring to the Team



Ability to schedule, be punctual, and remain professional. Experience in customer service or sales is an asset Comfortable with cold calling and ability to communicate well. Proficiency in software (i.e., CRM) Thrive on working in a fast paced, target focused high energy and high reward culture.
