Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated, coachable, and results-driven Full-Time Appointment Setter to join our team. You will be responsible for:

Calling inbound leads generated from our own ads and setting appointments for our internal sales team. Calling leads generated for our clients and booking appointments directly onto their calendars with licensed financial advisors. Following a proven call framework to identify needs, confirm interest, and ensure quality appointments. Managing follow-ups, reschedules, and calendar coordination.

Appointment Setting Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to new leads within minutes of receiving them. Use a scripted discovery process to qualify leads and confirm fit. Book appointments directly into the correct advisor's calendar. Track all activity in our CRM accurately and in real-time. Maintain daily and weekly call/appointment metrics.

Qualifications

Previous appointment setting, inside sales, or call center experience (preferred but not required). Strong verbal communication and active listening skills. Comfort using CRM systems and call software. High level of professionalism and ability to follow a proven process. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

General Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of professionalism and communication in all interactions with potential clients and advisors. Stay updated on industry trends and the company's offerings to effectively communicate value. Participate in training sessions to improve skills and achieve performance goals.
