We are seeking a dynamic and motivated part-time Appointment Generator to join our sales team. This role is 98% remote and involves engaging potential clients through outbound calls and digital outreach to generate qualified appointments for our sales representatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in B2B sales or telemarketing. Fluency in English is required. Applicants must be Canadian citizens and currently reside in Hamilton, ON. Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
Engage potential customers through persuasive communication, emphasizing the value of our products and services
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure appointments are relevant and valuable for the sales team
Schedule appointments for sales representatives, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up
Maintain detailed records of interactions within our CRM system or Excel
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve appointment conversion rates
Follow up with prospects as needed to confirm appointments and address initial inquiries
Utilize negotiation skills to handle objections and secure commitment for scheduled meetings
