Position Overview

We are currently seeking professional, motivated individuals to join our Field Marketing team. This role is responsible for representing the company within assigned neighbourhoods and generating qualified customer leads for our service consultants. The position focuses on communication, relationship building, and professional brand representation rather than direct sales.

This opportunity is well suited to candidates who are interested in developing business, communication, and leadership skills in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with homeowners in assigned residential areas Professionally introduce the company and its services Identify customer interest and qualify potential leads Schedule service consultations for follow-up Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions Represent the company in a courteous, professional, and ethical manner

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills High level of professionalism and reliability Willingness to receive coaching and feedback Strong work ethic and self-motivation Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is an asset but not required. Full training is provided.

Job Types: Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Contract length: 8 months

Pay: $18.00-$30.00 per hour
