We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Appointment Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Appointment Coordinator / Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers. Your role is to provide excellent customer care, schedule service appointments efficiently, and assist in the daily operations of our service department. This position is ideal for someone eager to build a rewarding career in the automotive service industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet customers (in-person and by phone) and schedule service appointments. Confirm and coordinate daily service bookings to ensure optimal workflow. Communicate effectively with customers about basic service needs and appointment details. Contact customers for service follow-ups, survey reminders, and post-service satisfaction checks. Follow up with customers regarding any service-related concerns to ensure timely resolution. Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records in the dealership management system. Assist the service team with administrative tasks such as work order preparation and follow-ups. Support customer satisfaction efforts through timely updates and professional communication. Participate in ongoing training with the goal of transitioning into a Service Advisor role.

Qualifications:



Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role (automotive industry experience is an asset but not required). Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset. Comfortable using computers and scheduling systems (experience with DMS or CDK is a plus). Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
