What You'll Do
As our Automotive Appointment Coordinator, you'll be the friendly first point of contact for our customers:
Schedule and confirm service appointments
Answer inbound calls, texts, and emails professionally and efficiently
Follow up with customers to ensure a smooth and positive experience
Work closely with the service and sales teams to support daily operations
Help maintain accurate customer records
What We're Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Comfortable using phones, computers, and scheduling systems
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Automotive or dealership experience is an asset, but not required -- we're happy to train the right person
A positive attitude and desire to grow with our team
