a must!
Our ideal candidate will be extremely organized, excel in written and verbal communication and be committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls, emails and web leads to schedule service appointments.
Confidently recommend/promote services
Schedule customer shuttles/courtesy cars as needed
Confirm appointments and reschedule missed appointments
Log customer information and manage database
Explain all completed work and take payment
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year experience in appointment coordination/business development centre is a
must.
Pleasant and professional telephone demeanor; preference given to candidates with previous call centre/switchboard experience.
Exceptional customer service skills with the desire to exceed expectations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
Cash handling experience
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle multiple, conflicting priorities in a fast paced work environment
Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
Compensation commensurate with your experience, a complete benefits package is included.
