Appointment Coordinator - Roofing & Solar Consultations

About the role

Stride Roofing & Solar is looking for outgoing Appointment Coordinators to connect with homeowners and book free roofing or solar consultations. You will introduce our services and schedule a visit with a Roofing Advisor; no pricing or sales negotiations required.

Key responsibilities

Engage with homeowners in pre-selected neighbourhoods. Offer no-obligation consultations and schedule convenient appointment times. Accurately record basic customer details and submit completed appointment information to the office. Represent Stride's values of honesty, safety, and quality workmanship.

What we provide

Paid training and a proven outreach script. Branded apparel and a complete marketing kit (scripts, brochures, and outreach materials). Team support and mentorship. Commission of $200-$250 for each consultation that results in a closed project. Typical earnings $600-$1,000 per week for consistent performers. Performance-based opportunities for growth and long-term advancement within the company.

Requirements

Comfortable speaking with the public and working outdoors. Able to attend daily team check-ins at our Edmonton office. Reliable transportation (driver's licence and vehicle are an asset, not required). Positive, coachable attitude, no prior experience necessary.

Clear, confident spoken English is required.

Schedule

Part-time or full-time roles available, with flexible daytime, evening, and Saturday shifts. Shifts typically 4-6 hours; flexibility to fit your lifestyle
