Southgate Audi is seeking a reliable
Appointment Coordinator
to support our service operations on a part-time basis. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth customer experience by coordinating appointments, managing service-related communication, and supporting the front service counter in a fast-moving dealership environment.
Schedule
Saturdays only
9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Who We're Looking For
Previous exposure to automotive service scheduling or appointment coordination is an asset
Background in customer-facing or service-related roles
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven setting
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with service-related inquiries
Place outbound calls to arrange and confirm service appointments
Enter, update, and manage bookings within dealership scheduling systems
Prepare express service repair orders
Process customer payments and complete service cash-outs
Provide administrative and front-line assistance to service clients as required
