is looking for an organized, customer-focused individual to join our Service Department as an

Appointment Coordinator / Cashier

In this position, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our service customers, helping them schedule appointments, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

Proficiency with CDK software Prior dealership experience is an asset Previous experience in a service department or customer-facing role (automotive industry preferred) Strong communication and people skills Excellent organizational abilities and time management Ability to handle multiple tasks calmly and efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming service calls and assist with customer inquiries Make follow-up and reminder calls for scheduled appointments Accurately book service visits in the scheduling system Process payments and finalize service transactions Prepare express work orders Provide support to the service advisors and broader service team
