Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and Servo Systems
to provide technical support, system integration, and solutions for customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with motor control, industrial automation, and troubleshooting drive/servo applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
pre-sales and post-sales technical support
for VFD and servo products.
Design, configure, and optimize
motor control systems
(AC/DC drives, servo drives, PLC integration).
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
Develop
application notes, technical documentation
, and training materials.
Troubleshoot system issues (electrical, mechanical, software) related to VFDs/servos.
Conduct product demonstrations and training for customers/distributors.
Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., Industry 4.0, IoT integration).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
3+ years of experience with
VFDs, servo drives, and motion control systems
(e.g., Siemens, ABB, Yaskawa, Allen-Bradley).
Proficiency in
PLC programming
(Ladder Logic, Structured Text) and industrial networks (EtherCAT, Modbus, Profibus).
Strong knowledge of
motor theory
(induction, PMSM, BLDC) and feedback devices (encoders, resolvers).
Experience with simulation tools (MATLAB, Simulink) is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with
regenerative drives, braking systems, and power electronics
