The role:
We are seeking an Applications Engineer (Customer Technical Support) with a strong acumen in technical triage and delegation, paired with a degree/diploma in Chemistry or Chemical or Integrated Engineering, and 1 to 2 years of post-graduate work experience.
You will participate in exciting projects while working directly with industry-leading clients. A key aspect of your role will be to meticulously review and effectively triage technical queries related to our product lines post-project handover. This will involve supporting customers\xe2\x80\x99 remote setup via email, phone, live remote plant HMI (Human-Machine-Interface) access, etc.
You will collaborate with engineering teams, project managers, and senior leaders who are keen on sharing their knowledge and expertise, setting you up for a learning-rich journey. This hands-on role will sharpen your skills in process, controls, mechanical engineering, and industrial system operations.
