As the Application Support Specialist you will be responsible for developing and delivering IT Enablement training to our internal team. You will be the face of IT for all new hires, delivering high-quality training to enable all new employees to be successful from day one!
What You Will Be Doing

• Be a change agent to drive the transformation of how teams use key corporate applications
• Provide formal and informal training to internal teams on corporate applications
• Create training materials including videos, in-person trainings and standard operating procedure documentation
• Work closely with Learning and Development on building best practices for IT training
• Facilitate IT onboarding sessions for all new employees
• Build training framework for global IT training team

About You

• Experience using Jira / Confluence, Google Workspace, Slack and Zoom
• Experience administering Jira / Confluence environments
• Experience developing, and delivering training materials for internal teams
• Solid understanding of agile principles and project management methodologies
• Strong interpersonal communication skills

Bonus points if;

• Experience with 1password and Okta
• Atlassian Certification a plus
