Application Developer - Intermediate

Remote/Canada

Long-term Contract

Experience developing any of the following:

multi-user, n-tier, Object Oriented, Web Services, JSON REST API applications using C#, .NET, ASP.net or Visual Studio.

Experience and technical knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.

Experience in application maintenance and development that include: writing, modifying, integrating, testing, and documenting software code.

Experience in designing, building, testing, deploying, and supporting applications in a controlled production environment.

Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps Server

Experience with various software development methodologies (i.e. agile, waterfall, scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Experience with various software development methodologies (i.e. agile, waterfall, scrum, Kanban, etc.).

Experience working in a Government development environment or in an environment equivalent in size and complexity to the Government of Alberta

Experience and technical knowledge using ASP.NET MVC (Model View Controller).

Experience developing and maintaining applications that use Oracle Database 19c

Experience developing and maintaining web services, JSON REST API and Message queuing services using .NET C# services

Experience using a version-controlling tool (Tortoise GIT, Tortoise SVN and Version Manager and MS Azure DevOps).
