Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances, ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.

Duties

Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues using schematics and technical manuals. Perform repairs on a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and HVAC systems. Assemble and disassemble appliances as needed for repair or maintenance. Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the repair process and addressing any concerns. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs. Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques to enhance service quality.

Experience

Proven experience in appliance repair or a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand electrical systems. Familiarity with HVAC systems is a plus. Excellent customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction. Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
