CAC Fashion is a China based garment manufacturer for Women, Men, Children and Industrial apparels, offering an end-to-end solution from design, sourcing, manufacturing to shipping, known for our high qualities, on-time deliveries, and committed partnership with our clients (TJ maxx, Burlington, Costco, Canadian Tire, Marks Work Wearhouse, Tribal, just to name a few). With our factories based in China and Vietnam, and office in Montreal (a design house for over 3 decades), we are expanding our presence in the North American market.

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced sales representative to help us grow our business with big box retailers, large chain retailers, and department stores across the U.S. and Canada. The ideal candidate will have a background in wholesale, excellent communication skills, and a strong motivation to succeed. This role offers a fair base salary with significant potential for salary increases based on performance, as well as a competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop business opportunities with new clients
• Drive bulk order sales growth through proactive outreach and strong relationships with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, merchandisers, and procurement teams.
• Work closely with our design and production teams to provide customized solutions for clients.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and order terms to maximize profitability.

Qualifications and Experiences:

• Proven experience in wholesales for the garment or fashion industry.
• Strong network and connections with big box retailers, large chain retailers, and department stores in North America: 5+ years
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Familiarity with garment production processes and supply chain is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
