frozen fruits and vegetables
. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new accounts, managing existing relationships, and working closely with our operations team to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and grow sales with existing wholesale customers and new prospects
Manage relationships with bulk buyers, retail accounts, and private label clients
Handle inbound sales inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients
Prepare and present product offerings, pricing, and proposals
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders in CRM
Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Monitor market trends and identify new sales opportunities
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in wholesale food trade, preferably frozen produce
Strong knowledge of organic and conventional frozen fruits and vegetables
Experience working with bulk buyers, retail accounts, and private label programs
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
