This is a full-time, on-site role located in Burnaby, BC for an Inside Sales Representative. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with customers, generating leads, managing accounts, and providing outstanding customer service. The role involves maintaining and developing relationships with clients and proactively identifying opportunities for growth. Experience working with third party freight companies and management of freight is an asset. Weekend coverage will be required at times

Experience:
Sales: 1 year (preferred)

Experience with the Microsoft Office suite is preferred
Comfortable working/talking on the phone in an open office setting
Duties:
Providing excellent customer service over phone and email
Order taking/Data Entry/Invoice and claims processing
Communication with various freight companies to ensure shipments arrive where they need to go
Each sales rep will be responsible for certain accounts as a dedicated rep
Customer visits. In town and out of province
Meeting sales goals
