Job Requirements Potential Candidates interested in this role should have: \xc2\xb7 Sales Performance Management or Anaplan, SQL, Python, (Relational data base management system), Agile concepts, VBA \xc2\xb7 Lead and train other SMEs on solution \xc2\xb7 Undergraduate degree or technical certificate in a relevant field \xc2\xb7 Experience from a statistical, mathematical, computer science, financial background or equivalent \xc2\xb7 Experience in data programming languages, patterns and design principles \xc2\xb7 Expertise in using analytical software tools, data analysis methods and reporting techniques \xc2\xb7 Expertise in data storage and movement, including relational and big data \xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \xc2\xb7 In-depth knowledge of competitor and market trends \xc2\xb7 Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines \xc2\xb7 Ability to work cooperatively and independently as part of a Scaled Agile pod \xc2\xb7 Effective communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to build positive relationships across teams Act as a brand champion for our business area / function and TD, both internally and externally Job Type: Fixed term contract
