Sommaire du poste L’analyste senior, Ingénierie est responsable de céduler et coordonnées les activités de validation, calibration et maintenance préventive avec les équipe de production et contrôle de la qualité ainsi que des fournisseurs externes. Il est responsable du suivi des niveau d’inventaire des pièces de rechange et d’effectuer les achats lorsque requis. Le coordonnateur est responsable d’émettre et communiquer les KPIs pour la calibration, la validation et la maintenance préventive. Responsabilités

• Planifier et coordonner les interventions de maintenance préventive et corrective, calibration et validation
• Assurer de maintenir un niveau acceptable, le suivi et l’achat des pièces de rechange
• Coordonner avec les fournisseurs externes pour les travaux de maintenance et calibration
• Produire les rapports hebdomadaires sur les enquêtes ouvertes en suspens et les distribuer au groupe de la maintenance.
• Effectuer la révision des bons travails et fermer les tâches au système
• Émettre les KPI maintenance, calibration et validation
• Effectuer toutes autres tâches assignées par le gestionnaire.

Education et Expérience

• BSc dans le domaine des sciences connexes (ingénierie préférée) ou DEC dans le domaine des sciences connexes couplé avec une expérience pertinente.
• Expérience dans un environnement réglementé GMP.
• L'expérience en milieu pharmaceutique est un atout.

Compétences Requises

• Connaissance des installations pharmaceutiques et des normes GMP
• Connaissances informatiques (environnement Microsoft Office et SAP). L'expérience d'AutoCAD dans un atout.
• Bilingue (français / anglais). Capable de rédiger des textes techniques en anglais
• Fortes aptitudes en relations interpersonnelles et en communication et capacité de rédaction de rapports solides.
• Souci du détail
• Sens de l’organisation et approche centrée sur les systèmes
• Ouverture aux changements et aux nouveaux concepts

Summary of the position The Senior Analyst, Engineering is responsible for scheduling and coordinating validation, calibration and preventive maintenance activities with the production and quality control teams as well as external suppliers.He/she is responsible for monitoring spare parts inventory levels and making purchases when required.The coordinator is responsible for issuing and communicating KPIs for calibration, validation and preventive maintenance. Responsabilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, calibration and validation interventions
• Maintain an acceptable level of service, follow-up and purchase of spare parts
• Coordinate with external suppliers for maintenance and calibration work
• Produce weekly reports on outstanding open investigations and distribute them to the maintenance group.
• Perform review of work orders and close tasks to the system
• Issue maintenance, calibration and validation KPIs
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.

Education and experience

• BSc in related science (engineering preferred) or DEC in related science coupled with relevant experience.
• Experience in a GMP regulated environment.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is an asset.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of pharmaceutical facilities and GMP standards
• Computer skills (Microsoft Office and SAP environment). Experience with AutoCAD is an asset.
• Bilingual (French / English). Able to write technical texts in English
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to write solid reports
• Attention to detail
• Organizational skills and systems-oriented approach
• Open to change and new concepts
