Nous recrutons actuellement un analyste principal en support technique, competent et oriente client, pour fournir un support de qualite concernant nos controleurs, solutions et logiciels de gestion des systemes d'automatisation des batiments. Vous utiliserez votre expertise en BAS pour diagnostiquer et resoudre efficacement les problemes des clients, garantissant une experience fluide et satisfaisante.


Taches et responsabilites principales (fonctions essentielles)

Experience client et support

: Fournir une assistance technique directe avec une approche centree sur le client.

Depannage technique

: Diagnostiquer et resoudre des problemes complexes lies aux controleurs Distech et aux logiciels de gestion via telephone, courriel et outils de support a distance.

Gestion des cas

: Suivre les dossiers dans notre systeme Microsoft Dynamics, de la prise en charge a la resolution, en respectant les SLA.

Collaboration

: Travailler avec les equipes de support avance, gestion de produit, ingenierie et service client pour resoudre les problemes complexes.

Partage de connaissances

: Contribuer a la documentation interne, FAQ et base de connaissances.

Formation et developpement

: Se tenir informe des nouveaux produits et tendances du secteur.

Amelioration des processus

: Participer a l'amelioration des outils et processus internes pour optimiser l'efficacite.

Experience (experience minimale obligatoire)

Diplome universitaire ou collegial (DEC) avec experience pertinente en support technique, CVC ou systemes de controle. Minimum 3 ans d'experience dans l'un des domaines suivants : + Systemes CVC
+ Plateforme Niagara
+ Electromecanique du batiment
+ Systemes d'automatisation des batiments (BAS)
Bilingue francais et anglais (clients au Canada et aux Etats-Unis) Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale Esprit d'equipe et respect Sens du service client, capacite a gerer la pression Competences analytiques et de resolution de problemes Gestion efficace des priorites et du temps Attention aux details, proactivite et attitude positive

Experience souhaitee (c.-a-d. experience du secteur)
