Job Description



En tant qu'analyste de la Livraison aux clients Manufacturiers dans un environnement d'equipe, vous aiderez a fournir des renseignements analytiques aux clients Manufacturiers de NielsenIQ en preparant des resumes de donnees et des analyses speciales. Vous prendrez egalement des mesures qui se traduiront directement par une amelioration de la qualite pour nos clients et une meilleure efficacite en interne.


La candidate ou le candidat ideal possedera :

un diplome d'etudes postsecondaires en affaires, marketing, mathematiques, economie ou dans un domaine connexe; capacite a communiquer oralement et par ecrit avec les membres de l'equipe interne et les clients externes bases au Quebec ou a l'etranger de solides competences interpersonnelles; un esprit d'equipe; une passion pour le service a la clientele; la capacite a effectuer plusieurs taches a la fois dans un environnement ou le rythme est soutenu; la capacite a faire preuve d'une analyse de donnees perspicace en transformant des informations brutes en idees; un interet marque pour le travail avec des donnees et une passion pour la recherche d'informations; de solides competences en communication ecrite et orale; un excellent sens du detail, un esprit logique et une bonne gestion du temps.


As an Analyst, working with a team environment, you will assist in providing analytical insights to NielsenIQ's Consumer Packaged Goods clients through the preparation of data summaries and special analyses. You will also take action which directly results in enhanced quality for our clients and improved efficiency internally.


The ideal candidate will have:

Post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Economics or related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate verbally and in writing to Quebec and non-Quebec based internal team members and external clients Strong interpersonal skills Team oriented Passion for customer service Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Able to demonstrate insightful data analysis by turning raw information into insights Loves to work with data and has a passion for finding insights from it Solid written and verbal communication skills Excellent attention to detail, good logic and time management skills Demonstrated problem solving skills Strong technical skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint Marketing, sales or category management experience preferred but not required
