Raison d'etre du poste



Relevant de la directrice financiere, l'analyste financier(-iere) est responsable du cycle comptable de l'entreprise. Il ou elle doit produire les etats financiers consolides de l'entreprise, s'assurer de la robustesse du cycle comptable et l'application des normes comptables.

RESPONSABILITES:

Responsable du cycle complet de fermeture comptable des periodes et des etats financiers consolides conformement aux NCECF; Preparer les etats financiers externes trimestriels et de fin d'exercice; Gerer la relation avec les auditeurs externes; Performer l'analyse comptable mensuel du bilan, de l'etat des resultats et de l'etat des flux de tresorerie comptable; Gerer le processus de reconciliation des comptes du bilan; Mettre en place un systeme de documentation des processus comptables standardise pour le groupe DCM et ses filiales; Assurer la mise en place et l'application des controles internes; Supporter avec la preparation des documents de gestion pour le comite executif, le conseil d'administration et les actionnaires; Supporter la directrice financiere et le chef de la direction financiere sur les differentes activites strategiques pour le groupe DCM; Etablir un plan d'amelioration continue pour raccourcir le cycle comptable et en augmenter sa robustesse.
EXIGENCES D'EMPLOI:

Scolarite requise

Baccalaureat en comptabilite; Titre CPA OU CPA auditeur.
Competences techniques

Minimum 5 ans d'experience dont au moins 2 annees dans un cabinet comptable; Excellente connaissance des normes comptables; Excellente connaissance du cycle comptable complet en entreprise; Experience en consolidation; Experience en entreprise manufacturiere (un atout); Maitrise de la suite Office, (Excel); Connaissance de systeme ERP (Epicor, un atout).

Purpose of the Position



Reporting to the CFO, the Financial Analyst is responsible for the company's accounting cycle. He or she is responsible for producing the company's consolidated financial statements, ensuring that the accounting cycle is robust and that accounting standards are applied.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the complete cycle of closing accounting periods and consolidated financial statements in accordance with ASPE; Prepare the quarterly and year-end external financial statements; Manage the relationship with the external auditors; Perform the monthly accounting analysis of the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement; Manage the reconciliation process of the balance sheet accounts; Implement a standardised accounting process documentation system for the DCM Group and its affiliates; Ensure the implementation and application of internal controls; Support with the preparation of management documents for the Executive Committee, the Board of Directors and the shareholders; Support the Financial Director and the Chief Financial Officer on the various strategic activities for the DCM Group; Establish a continuous improvement plan to shorten the accounting cycle and increase its robustness.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA or CPA auditor designation.
Technical Skills

At least 5 years' experience, including at least 2 years in an accounting firm; Excellent knowledge of accounting standards; Excellent knowledge of the complete corporate accounting cycle; Experience in consolidation; Experience in a manufacturing company (a plus); Mastery of the Office suite (Excel); Knowledge of ERP systems (Epicor, a plus).
