R\xc3\xa9sum\xc3\xa9 du poste

L\xe2\x80\x99 analyste facturation est responsable de pr\xc3\xa9parer les dossiers mensuels pour assurer la facturation pr\xc3\xa9cise et ponctuelle des frais r\xc3\xa9currents et autres charges, de l\xe2\x80\x99ensemble des clients, incluant les comptes nationaux. Le titulaire de ce poste doit \xc3\xaatre rigoureux, avoir un esprit analytique, tr\xc3\xa8s motiv\xc3\xa9e et d\xc3\xa9sireux d\'apprendre tout en travaillant en \xc3\xa9troite collaboration avec nos coll\xc3\xa8gues des diff\xc3\xa9rentes unit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99affaires. Ce poste fourni ce service pour les 3 unit\xc3\xa9s d\xe2\x80\x99affaires de la division Solutions Technologiques (Automation, STP et PTS).

Section A \xe2\x80\x93 Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s sp\xc3\xa9cifiques

• Responsable de la pr\xc3\xa9paration de la facturation mensuelle des frais r\xc3\xa9currents pour plus de 1400 clients, y compris les comptes nationaux
• Responsable d\xe2\x80\x99appliquer les tous changement, additions et annulation des frais r\xc3\xa9currents mensuels, identifie les in\xc3\xa9galit\xc3\xa9s et applique les corrections
• G\xc3\xa9rer les informations relatives aux contrats des clients dans diverses bases de donn\xc3\xa9es
• R\xc3\xa9soudre les demandes de renseignements des clients
• Identifie et propose des am\xc3\xa9liorations au processus
• G\xc3\xa8re et organise une grande quantit\xc3\xa9 d\'informations
• Interagis avec les parties prenantes internes
• Maintenir de mani\xc3\xa8re organis\xc3\xa9e la documentation, les autorisations pour les ajustements, etc.
• Seconder le responsable principal du traitement des commandes
• Comprendre et respecter les politiques et proc\xc3\xa9dures de McKesson

Job Summary

The Billing Analyst is responsible to oversee the accurate and timely invoicing preparation and other related tasks, of customer recurring fees, including National Accounts. The candidate is detailed oriented and enjoys working in a fast paced environment. This person should be enthusiastic, have an analytical mind, very motivated, and willing to learn while in close collaboration with our team and colleagues in adjacent business units. This position services 3 business units under the Technology Solutions division (Automation, PTS and STP).

Section A \xe2\x80\x93 Specific Responsibilities

• Responsible for preparation of monthly billing of recurring fees for over 1400 customers, including National Accounts
• Responsible for accurate and timely changes to the monthly recurring fees, identifies inequalities, and applies corrections
• Manages related customer contract information in various databases
• Resolves customers inquiries
• Identifies and develops areas of improvements
• Manages and organizes large quantity of information
• Interact with various internal business stakeholders
• Maintain in an organize manner documentation, back up and authorization for adjustments, etc.
• Backup to Senior Order Processor
• Understands and comply with McKesson policies and procedures
• Other tasks as required

Section B \xe2\x80\x93 Job Requirements

• 0-2 years of related experience
• Degree in business or equivalent
• Self motivated, organized and able to prioritize daily responsibilities
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Must be fully bilingual, French and English, written and spoken
• Team player and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of databases (Epicor and Salesforce an asset)

The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.

$46,300 - $77,100
