En tant qu'Analyste en conception chez JLL, vous jouerez un rxc3xb4le crucial au sein de notre xc3xa9quipe d'immobilier d'entreprise, en utilisant votre expertise technique pour crxc3xa9er, mettre xc3xa0 jour et gxc3xa9rer des fichiers de dessins tout en assurant la conformitxc3xa9 aux normes de JLL. Ce poste offre l'opportunitxc3xa9 de travailler avec des plateformes de Gestion Assistxc3xa9e par Ordinateur des Installations (CAFM) de pointe et de contribuer xc3xa0 l'optimisation de l'allocation de l'espace et de la planification de l'occupation pour nos clients.
CE QUE VOUS FEREZ
Crxc3xa9er, mettre xc3xa0 jour et examiner les fichiers de dessins principaux xc3xa0 l'aide d'AutoCAD et d'autres logiciels de conception
Assurer le respect des normes JLL et des formats de calques pour tous les documents
Crxc3xa9er des poly lignes attribuxc3xa9es pour le suivi de l'allocation de l'espace et les refacturations
Capturer et mettre en xc5x93uvre les changements dans les plans, les poly lignes et les xc3xa9tiquettes
Charger et gxc3xa9rer les dessins dans les plateformes CAFM pertinentes
Mettre xc3xa0 jour l'attribution des espaces dans les systxc3xa8mes CAFM (par exemple, catxc3xa9gorie d'espace, type, standard, nom de l'employxc3xa9, nom de la salle et code d'organisation)
Rxc3xa9aliser des tests d'amxc3xa9nagement basxc3xa9s sur les instructions fournies et les dessins annotxc3xa9s
Fournir des dessins dans divers formats selon les demandes (copie papier ou numxc3xa9rique)
Assister xc3xa0 la mise en xc5x93uvre du systxc3xa8me CAFM pour les nouveaux clients
Collaborer avec les parties prenantes et fournir des mises xc3xa0 jour opportunes sur l'achxc3xa8vement des txc3xa2ches

As a CAD Analyst at JLL, you will play a crucial role in our Corporate Real Estate team, leveraging your technical expertise to create, update, and manage drawing files while ensuring compliance with JLL standards. This position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge Computer Aided Facility Maintenance (CAFM) platforms and contribute to the optimization of space allocation and occupancy planning for our clients.
WHAT YOULL BE DOING
Create, update, and review master drawing files using AutoCAD and other CAD software,
Ensure adherence to JLL standards and layering formats for all documents,
Create attributed polylines for space allocation tracking and charge backs,
Capture and implement changes to layouts, polylines, and labels,
Load and manage drawings in relevant CAFM platforms,
Update space attribution within CAFM systems (e.g., space category, type, standard, employee name, room name, and organization code),
Perform test fits based on provided instructions and redlined drawings,
Provide drawings in various formats as requested (hard copy or digital),
Assist in CAFM system implementation for new clients,
Collaborate with stakeholders and provide timely updates on task completion.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
Degree in Engineering or Architecture
1-3 years of CAD/CAFM experience in a Corporate Real Estate environment
Strong understanding of occupancy planning and architectural design
Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM 360, and Revit
Working knowledge of CAFM systems
Excellent MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Word)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to convey ideas concisely and objectively
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Program management skills with a focus on profitable execution and delivery
Self-motivated with sound decision-making abilities
Conflict resolution skills for internal and external situations
Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in teams
