Responsabilites cles
Fournir une assistance analytique en matiere de service a la clientele, avec un accent particulier sur les mesures cles du niveau de service.
Preparer, surveiller et partager les rapports de performance des clients, analyser les ecarts et recommander des actions correctives.
Collaborer avec des partenaires multifonctionnels pour identifier les causes premieres des problemes et mettre en oeuvre des plans correctifs.
Soutenir l'equipe de service client dans la mise a jour des KPI, tableaux de bord, donnees de reference et processus d'amelioration continue.
Contribuer aux projets visant a optimiser les processus de la chaine d'approvisionnement et a ameliorer l'experience client.
Maintenir une communication reguliere avec les partenaires internes et externes pour s'assurer de la comprehension et du respect des niveaux de service attendus.
Ce que nous recherchons
Qualifications requises
Diplome universitaire, de preference en chaine d'approvisionnement, affaires, ingenierie ou domaine connexe.
Minimum de 2 ans d'experience dans un role analytique ou en service client/logistique.
Maitrise des outils Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint et Power BI.
Excellentes competences analytiques et en resolution de problemes.
Bonne capacite a communiquer avec des intervenants varies (internes et externes).
Excellente organisation et capacite a travailler dans un environnement en evolution rapide.
Qualifications souhaitees
Experience dans un environnement de biens de consommation (FMCG).
Connaissance d'un systeme ERP (SAP de preference).
Capacite demontree a conduire des ameliorations de processus.
Bilinguisme francais/anglais est un atout.

What you will do
Please note that this is a fixed term contract of 18 Months.
The
Customer Logistics Representative (bilingual),
based in Markham, Ontario, will be responsible for managing an end-to-end (E2E) retail customer portfolio--from order receipt through to deduction resolution. The role will work closely with internal and external partners to identify opportunities that deliver joint value and enhance the customer experience. This individual will bring a strong continuous improvement mindset and use data-driven insights to streamline operations and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Own the daily customer management process from order receipt to deduction resolution, collaborating with Distribution, Transportation, and Customer Development teams.
Identify and eliminate recurring process inefficiencies to increase order accuracy and product availability, contributing to OTIF-D (On-Time In-Full at Delivery) performance.
Utilize tools such as
SAP
,
High Radius
,
Tableau
,
Power BI
, and other Kenvue systems to uncover insights and drive operational improvements.
Foster strong customer relationships through proactive, timely, and solution-oriented communication.
Partner with cross-functional teams including Transportation, Distribution, Ecosystems, Supply Chain, and Customer Development to minimize non-compliance deductions and support cash flow objectives.

Education
A university degree in a relevant field is required.

Preferred

Experience with SAP ONES4, High Radius, Excel, EDI, Power BI, or Tableau is advantageous.
Understanding of supply chain principles is a plus.
