Vous avez une experience en tant qu'analyste d'affaires, des connaissances en infrastructure informatique et une formation en aviation generale ou en aerospatiale. Vous avez deja travaille dans le support client et souhaitez progresser et developper de nouvelles competences ? Ce poste est fait pour vous!


Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Analyste d'affaires & integrateur technique pour rejoindre notre Centre de Reponse a la Clientele (CRC) base a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous travaillerez conjointement avec les autres departements d'Airbus soutenant les clients de l'A220 dans le monde.


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe du Centre de Reponse Client, responsable de fournir/coordonner le support necessaire pour assurer l'operation efficace de la flotte A220 a l'echelle mondiale.


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.


Votre role en tant qu' Analyste d'affaires et integrateur technique sera d'etre responsable de la coordination de la bonne execution et de l'evolution de la politique commerciale en service de l'A220, d'extraire et de produire des donnees de gouvernance du support client ; d'identifier les opportunites de creation d'efficacite et d'execution de la qualite, et de gerer l'infrastructure informatique du CRC a travers les changements a venir.

Vos defis :



Assurer la definition, l'execution et l'evolution continue de la politique commerciale d'Airbus Canada en matiere de documentation technique et de services. Superviser la mise en oeuvre et le suivi adequat des regles commerciales et des strategies de tarification (services payants ou non payants et gestes commerciaux). Extraire, analyser et interpreter des donnees de gouvernance et financieres pour appuyer la prise de decisions strategiques et operationnelles. Veiller au maintien des pratiques de gouvernance et de conformite des donnees dans l'ensemble des systemes et processus. Elaborer des rapports et des tableaux de bord pour visualiser les informations et les indicateurs cles de performance lies a la performance de l'entreprise. Proposer des ameliorations de processus et des solutions axees sur les donnees, alignees sur les objectifs organisationnels. Gerer et maintenir l'infrastructure informatique de l'equipe, y compris les outils logiciels, l'acces et la performance des systemes. Diriger ou soutenir des projets d'integration technique impliquant des plateformes de donnees, des outils commerciaux et des environnements de rapport.

Votre profil :



Baccalaureat en administration des affaires, en systemes d'information, en ingenierie ou dans un domaine connexe. Vous possedez au moins quatre (4) ans d'experience en analyse d'affaires, en analyse de donnees ou en analyse financiere. Experience averee en gestion ou en soutien d'infrastructures informatiques et d'integrations de systemes. Solides capacites d'analyse et de resolution de problemes, et capacite a traduire des donnees complexes en informations exploitables et en recommandations strategiques. Vous possedez de solides competences en planification et en organisation pour coordonner et prioriser la charge de travail autour de multiples missions et demandes ; Vous etes capable de prendre des decisions eclairees et precises en faisant preuve de discernement. Vous possedez d'excellentes competences interpersonnelles et de communication (francais et anglais) ; Vous etes capable de travailler de maniere autonome et de diriger des initiatives transversales. Vous avez le souci du detail, un excellent sens de l'organisation, un esprit agile et une grande adaptabilite a l'evolution des besoins de l'entreprise. Vous aimez diriger et travailler au sein d'une equipe passionnee, determinee et flexible, composee d'horizons divers. Une experience en support client est un atout majeur.

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for a Business Analyst & Technical Integrator to join our A220 Customer Response Center team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you will put your creativity in practice while working jointly with the other Airbus departments supporting A220 customers around the world.


You will be part of the Customer Response Center team responsible for providing/coordinating required support to enable efficient operation of the A220 fleet worldwide.


The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.


Your role as Business Analyst & Technical Integrator will be to be responsible for coordinating the correct execution and evolution of the A220 In-service Commercial policy, extract and produce Customer Support governance data; identify opportunities to create efficiency and execute on quality, and to manage the CRC IT Infrastructure through upcoming changes.

Your challenges:



Ensure proper definition, execution, and continuous evolution of the Airbus Canada technical documentation and services commercial policy. Oversee the correct implementation and monitoring of commercial rules and pricing strategies. (chargeable, free of charge, commercial gestures) Extract, analyze, and interpret governance and financial data to support strategic and operational decision-making. Ensure data governance and compliance practices are maintained across systems and processes. Develop reports and dashboards to visualize insights and KPIs related to business performance. Propose process improvements and data-driven solutions aligned with organizational goals. Manage and maintain IT infrastructure for the team, including software tools, access, and systems performance. Lead or support technical integration projects involving data platforms, business tools, and reporting environments.

Your boarding pass:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields. You have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or financial analysis. Proven experience managing or supporting IT infrastructure and system integrations. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. You have strong planning and organizational skills to coordinate and prioritize workload around multiple assignments and demands; You have the ability to make solidified and accurate decisions exercising good judgment skills. You have strong interpersonal and communication (French and English) skills; You have the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives. You are detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, agile mindset and adaptability to evolving business needs. You enjoy leading and working within a passionate, determined and flexible team with different backgrounds. You have customer support experience, a definite asset.
