Vous avez une experience comme analyste d'affaires, vous avez travaille en aeronautique ou domaine connexe et vous souhaitez evoluer et developper de nouvelles competences? Ce poste est pour vous !


Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche d'un analyste d'affaires pour rejoindre notre equipe de Support aux besoins en Ressources Materielles pour nos clients en service, basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe ABSOS - Gestion de la Configuration et Specialistes des pieces pour le support en service, chargee de:


- Fournir des solutions aux demandes de pieces des clients A220 en situation critique;


- Contribuer a developper la gestion des inventaires pour le support en service;


- Fournir des solutions aux demandes de pieces des clients A220 en activites de maintenance.


L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie de maniere a promouvoir la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.


Votre role en tant qu'analyste d'affaires sera de developper, participer et supporter les differentes initiatives d'ameliorations des activites de l'equipe tout en etant partie prenante de differentes activites au quotidien.

Vos defis:



Coordonner les activites de transitions pour le groupe du service a la clientele liee aux pieces de rechange en service avec les equipes connexes; Participer a l'elaboration du developpement strategique des operations de l`equipe; Coordonner les activites de transition et d`amelioration de system ERP; Coordonner le support des equipes internes pour les activites de transition; Faire le suivi des echeanciers pour l'ensemble des activites; Developper et faire le suivi de nouveaux outils de gestion de la performance; Assister la gestion pour faire les analyses de couts; Piloter certains projets operationnels et produire des rapports pour la direction.

Votre profil:



Vous avez un diplome en Gestion des Operations, Gestion de Projet ou une experience professionnelle equivalente; Vous avez un minimum de deux (2) ans d'experience en gestion de projet ou dans role connexe; Connaissance de SAP est un atout important; Vous avez un fort leadership, etes capable de remettre les processus en question, et etre acteur de changement.

The A220 commercial aircraft Programme is looking for a business analyst to join our A220 In-Service Material Support team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada).


You will be part of the ABSOS - Configuration Management and Supply Engineering team responsible for / developing:


Material Support for AOG situation for A220 program Define Inventory management strategy Material Support for maintenance activities
The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.


Your role as business analyst will be to develop, participate, and support differentiated improvement initiatives for the team while being part of some daily operational activities.

Your challenges



Manage the relationship and transition with new Material Services providers and third party service providers and ensure that they maintain high industry standards; Assist with development of the strategic plan governing every operational and commercial stream activities; Assist in development of ERP requirements for Material Services activities; Engage and mobilize all required internal support functions for transition knowledge and transfer execution; Closely monitor transition activities upon completion; Develop a strong and effective network across customer support functions to ensure great communication through the transition period; Develop, implement, and manage robust monthly performance monitoring and reporting processes; Assist the Manager with budgetary and other related matters.

Your profile



You have a diploma in Project Management or Operation Management; You have minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position; SAP knowledge an asset; You have strong leadership, a challenging mindset, but with willingness to coach others.
