We are currently seeking an Analyst - HR Service and Change Management to be a part of our HR Service Governance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for success and delivering to high standards. They have a proven track record in relationship management, project management, change management and service delivery. Working knowledge of HR systems is an asset. They are a creative problem solver and a proactive agile learner who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. They are diligent and focused on details, particularly with analysis, communication, follow-up and documentation.

What you\'ll do:

HR Shared Service Governance (HRSS):

  • Manage the HR Change Request (CR) intake process to introduce new functionality or business processes within the HRSS team
  • Support the HR Change Request process, administer and track new requests, facilitate the weekly CR council meeting, capture and publish corresponding minutes of the meeting
  • Identify opportunities for policy harmonization, templates standardization, etc.
  • Create and deliver communications materials internal to HR
  • Define and manage HR Operations performance metrics and SLA\'s to ensure the cost efficient delivery of HR operations
  • Support the management of the HR Portfolio and process of planned strategic initiatives across all HR departments
Change Management:
  • Provide change management support, communications, tools and methodology to execute for HR initiatives or HR Technology Releases, this includes:
  • Support and implementation of a change management plan
  • Maintain change management tools and templates; Provide tools to conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on change management requirements, such as training and communications
Knowledge Management:
  • Create Knowledge Base Articles in ServiceNow to inform stakeholders of HR process, system or program updates; ensure content is formatted per Rogers Writing and Accessibility guidelines
  • Maintain all published Knowledge Base Articles by updating new content and/or keeping content current in partnership with program owners and key stakeholders
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify new service requirements and opportunities to rationalize, consolidate and standardize existing services
  • Optimize processes and implement necessary process changes in partnership with COEs
  • Perform organizational and data analytics and quality management to enable continuous improvement
What you bring:
  • Experience leading small to medium sized projects
  • Intermediate to Advanced HTML, SharePoint, MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
  • Working knowledge of budgeting and project management
  • 2-5 years of project management experience or 2-5 years\' experience as a business analyst
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with key stakeholders and project teams
  • Effective verbal and written English communication skills in order to facilitate weekly HR knowledge sharing sessions, HR governance councils, etc.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, information systems, human resources or equivalent experience
  • Strong team-player who can work in a high-pressure environment and deal with fluid situations
  • Working knowledge of project management or agile methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, Scrum and Kanban methodology)
  • Experience in implementing process improvement initiatives
  • PMP, Change Management or LSSBB designation is an asset
  • Bilingual French is an asset
