The successful candidate is Big Picture oriented and are not afraid to think outside the box to achieve a high quality of work. They are confident in their financial knowledge, but do not shy away from constructive feedback from their peers.What will you do?Below are some of the primary responsibilities you will be taking on in this role. There will be more, but we can discuss those in person.Maintaining the accounting records at corporate level:

• Be involved in portfolio analysis, asset management and other investment and portfolio initiatives;
• Create and maintain financial models using Excel software for cash and income forecasting, asset management, and various variance and sensitivity analysis;
• Maintain Argus models, including market assumptions, leases, recovery structures and tenant incentives;
• Work with leasing & portfolio managers on lease deal projections and analysis;
• Participate in operational update meetings, track operational activities, and conduct industry research;
• Prepare presentations and reports for management as required; and
• Improve upon existing processes and technology to provide value-added information to portfolio and senior management.

Qualifications:

• You have 24 years of relevant work experience
• Youve earned a university degree or have equivalent experiencexe2x80x94especially in business, economics, math, statistics, or computer science.
• Developing pro formas and valuations for real estate investments is second nature to youxe2x80x94be sure to highlight that! You have strong computer skills, particularly in building robust financial models using Microsoft Excel.
• Youre comfortable working with models and understanding the impact of changes.
• Bonus points if you have experience with Argus Enterprise!
