This position offers a unique chance to work on IT initiatives that typically get deprioritized in day-to-day operations. You'll have the freedom to explore innovative approaches to service management, asset tracking, and knowledge sharing - the important projects that often don't make the cut when teams are focused on keeping systems running.

## Service Catalogue & Data Analytics

Build a comprehensive service catalogue from scratch Analyze ticket patterns to understand actual vs. perceived service needs Create data visualizations that tell the story of IT service consumption Design metrics that matter for service improvement Map the gap between what users request and what they actually need

## IT Asset Management Evolution

Support enhancement of in-house ITAM tool Explore modern approaches to asset lifecycle management Research and test new methods for asset tracking and reporting Work with IT Asset Manager to implement best practices Document processes that often go undocumented

## Knowledge Platform Development

Build the SharePoint site "we've always wanted but never had time for" Create a true single source of truth for IT information Design intuitive navigation and self-service resources Develop creative ways to share technical knowledge Make documentation actually useful and accessible

## Innovation Sandbox
