Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Daily tasks relevant to Inventory Processes and Controls
  • Active involvement in depth issue analysis
  • Investigate, understand, and communicate insight on key drivers of performance results along with recommending actions to improve performance
  • Preparing and review reports, reconciliations, providing recommendations & presenting results
  • Support quality controls and compliance
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, recommend, and implement process improvement initiatives to increases effectiveness and productivity of department
  • Liaise with internal and external business units
  • Various other duties as required.
The candidates should possess the following skills:
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of previous applicable industry experience, or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Knowledge of Inventory Controls and processes in a computerized environment.
  • Ability to analyze processes, develop efficiencies and initiate constructive solutions.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (French would be considered an asset).
  • Ability to converse comfortably with business partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritize work so all target dates are achieved, and to coordinate and control multiple tasks.
  • Intermediate experience with spreadsheet applications, word documents and email (office suite), Power Point.
  • Previous experience in SAP would be considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail and commitments to excellence.
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to change in a positive manner.
  • Professional attitude (business attire, communication with colleagues, positive attitude) professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrate a new approach to solving an issue(s) and applying new process.
  • Understands how decisions are made and how they affect other work units.
