about this team

The DC Inventory Control team is responsible for coordinating, analyzing and reporting on the company\'s Inventory Control processes and financial analysis. This role will be reporting directly to the Senior Manager, DC Inventory Control and working closely with DC, Technology and Finance partners. Acting as a subject matter expert on inventory, this role will be responsible for driving inventory accuracy, maintaining compliance, building out impactful reporting and supporting system enhancements for DCs around the globe

a day in the life

  • Conduct analysis and reconcile enterprise inventory within the financial inventory system of record (RMS) and warehouse management system (WMS).
  • Execute financial inventory adjustments. Control operator for inventory related SOX controls.
  • Act as SME on inventory intelligence. Responsible for building inventory health reporting and steering cross functional meetings.
  • Collaborate with Inventory Systems, Finance, DC Operations and auditors to support accuracy and compliance within the DC network.
  • Complex problem solver that is responsible for identifying, testing and launching the latest system enhancements that impact financial and inventory systems.
  • Evolve current DC processes and support the launch of new DCs.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Experience in data and analytics or inventory management role
  • Expert knowledge of Excel and Power Bi
  • Executive level reporting and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different departments
  • Strong analytical, risk assessment and problem solving skills
  • Adept at working with large amount of data without losing sight of the big picture
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast pace environment
  • Embraces teamwork but also able to work independently with limited direction
  • Leads with a continuous Improvement mindset
