Job Description

SaskEnergy is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to join our team. The Analyst, Environment & Sustainability leads key environmental performance programs, performance metrics, investigations, research initiatives and audits for the Corporation. The position leads cross-Corporate initiatives to facilitate environmental protection, management and compliance functions.

Position Details

Union - This position is temporary full time up to 6 months.

Qualified applicants will possess

Grade 12 or equivalent.

Degree in Environmental Science (preferably in Agriculture, Natural Sciences, Geology, Engineering, Biology or Geography).

Two (2) years of experience in the energy sector related to environmental management systems, environmental assessment, protection and training programs.

Three (3) years of experience in the operation of word processing, spreadsheet, graphics and database applications.

Additional Information

Travel, including overnight stays away from bid headquarters is required.

This job is safety sensitive, and as such, is subject to the provisions of the Drug and Alcohol Policy (Pre-Employment or Pre-Placement for Safety Sensitive Positions).
