This role will be a hybrid of prep and line. Initial focus will be on the line and setting up the line daily for service. Once we've mastered setting the line for service prep shifts will be added to the mix and prep training will take place. The goal being 2-3 days of line set a week and the remaining days being prep shifts.
A Prep Cook is focused on preparing items for a la cart service above all else. Taking the lessons learned in training to produce menu items for a multitude of guests in a timely manner. They maintain their environment and are uncompromising in their commitment to quality. During down time they work to reset the restaurant for the following day's operations. During periods of peak service ll team members come to the lie for service.
The Details
Compensation will be $20.00 to $24.00 hourly. This is a combination of wages as well as house tips which are paid out weekly.
It is our intent to hire for full time positions but there are part time positions available as well for the right candidates.
Availability is negotiable, however, applicants must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Day Shifts start as early as 8am and as late as 12:00pm.
Night Shifts start as early as 4 pm and as late as 6 pm. As the restaurant closes at 12 am some nights, team members must be available to work until 1 am on select shifts.
