Do you have experience in windows, doors and railings and or construction industry?

:

Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, subcontractors, and workers. Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to enforce quality control. Resolve on-site issues and conflicts efficiently. Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and inspectors. Create layout and schematic drawings, orthographic projections, and angled views to illustrate the functional relationships between components and assemblies. Work alongside and consult with team members to design, layout, and detail components and systems, ensuring efficient problem-solving for design or technical issues. Assemble windows, doors, and curtain walls using power tools and hand tools. Lead the fabrication team to maintain quality control while ensuring projects are completed within budget. Continuously improve work procedures and methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

Knowledge and understanding of building envelope and structural systems is preferred Must possess the ability to read and interpret Architectural and/or Structural Blueprints Basic understanding of building construction including methods, materials and systems Exceptional attention to detail, specifically in accuracy of calculations and completeness of data collection and notation; Good oral and written English communication skills Self-motivating and multi-tasking ability Able to work individually and in a team setting 5 years' experience in related industries; Experience using or producing Municipal Engineering Drawings would be an asset;

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
