The Human Experience Clinic is growing -- and we're looking for another passionate, holistic-minded practitioner to join our team!

You're a licensed osteopath, physiotherapist, chiropractor, massage therapist, nutritionist, or holistic health practitioner (open to other.modalities!) You're passionate about root-cause medicine and helping people heal physically, mentally, and emotionally. You value connection and collaboration, and want to grow your practice within a like-minded space. You're driven, organized, and bring good energy to your patients (and your team!).

Duties



Conduct thorough patient assessments and physical examinations to evaluate health status. Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses, ensuring appropriate treatment plans are developed (within your scope) Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care. Utilize electronic health record systems such as Jane for documentation and data collection. Provide education to patients and families regarding health management, disease prevention, and medication administration. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with medical terminology standards. Offer pediatric care when necessary, ensuring age-appropriate assessments and interventions.

Experience


Candidates should possess:

Registered and licensed within your modalities Proficiency in data collection methods related to patient assessments and outcomes. A solid understanding of medical terminology relevant to internal medicine practices.
