Tasks

Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility Recommend products or services to customers Identify and solicit potential clients Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services Deliver sales presentations Prepare and administer sales contracts Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce Administer contracts for the provision of supplies and services Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff Plan, organize and direct administrative services such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security and snow removal Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment Resolve product and service related problems Supervise activities of other technical sales specialists Organize and maintain inventory Spray or dust plants with insecticides and fungicides
