Job Title: Airbnb Cleaner & Property Caretaker

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Airbnb Cleaner & Property Caretaker to ensure our short-term rental is always clean, welcoming, and ready for guests. This role involves standard cleaning duties, light property upkeep, and basic preparation of a wood-fired hot tub between guest stays.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean the property thoroughly after each guest checks out (kitchen, bathroom, living spaces, etc.) Change and launder linens and towels Restock essential items (toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc.) Prepare the wood-fired hot tub by filling it with water (simple hose setup) and placing kindling and firewood for guest use (no need to light it) Check for basic maintenance needs (burnt-out bulbs, battery replacements, etc.) Report any damage, missing items, or issues to the property owner Ensure the property is secured after each visit
Requirements:

Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or similar roles is an asset Strong attention to detail and reliability Able to work independently and follow a routine Flexible availability based on guest bookings Comfortable with light outdoor tasks (e.g., filling a hot tub, placing firewood) Own transportation if not living nearby
Nice to Have:

Familiarity with Airbnb or short-term rental cleaning standards Basic handyman skills (optional but helpful)

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
