At Pattison Agriculture we seek talent ready to GROW, CONNECT AND EVOLVE with us! We are looking for multiple PDI/Set-Up Shift Service Technicians to join our fast-paced, energetic dealership in Swift Current, SK.



These roles are newly structured for the organization and are planned to be worked within a rotational 2 shift structure, shifts may rotate with the potential morning shift being a 5:00 am - 3:30 pm shift and the afternoon shift being a 1:30 pm-12:00 am (with in the shift structure there may be options that include a 10-hours per day with 8 shifts on and 6 shifts off in a 2 week structure OR 10-hours per day 4 shifts per week).

Our PDI Technicians are committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers by performing Pre-Delivery Inspections and assembly of all types of equipment to prepare for delivery to the customer, as well as assisting in repairs of agricultural and turf equipment. Responsibilities

Performs Pre-Delivery Inspection on all types of equipment and prepares the equipment for delivery Assembles all types of equipment offered for sale by the dealership Assists in repairs and basic service tasks as required Operates and maintains vehicles, tools and equipment required in the set-up and delivery process Operates a forklift to transport parts, equipment, and supplies for the service department Participates in training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge

Requirements

Have mechanical skills, can operate vehicles, tools and equipment used in pre-delivery and set-up processes Are able to assemble machinery components to manufacturer's specs Have experience performing service repairs/maintenance Have demonstrated a willingness to learn and succeed Knowledge and familiarity with John Deere and competitive products and/or farming background would be considered an asset High School Diploma/equivalent
