About the role




Nous cherchons un(e) Agent(e), soutien administratif II - Gestion documentaire pour notre equipe grandissante!

En presentiel 5 jours/semaine au bureau de St Hyacinthe.




La personne recherchee aura a participer aux differentes activites liees a la gestion documentaire et a la numerisation, tels que l'analyse et le traitement des documents papier et des fichiers electroniques, en vue de leur numerisation et de leur indexation dans notre base de donnees.

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :



Effectuer diverses taches administratives telles que le tri et la preparation des documents papier pour la numerisation Proceder a la numerisation, l'indexation et la classification des differents documents dans les systemes d'archivage Gerer le flot de fichiers electroniques recus par courriel, dans nos bases de donnees et repertoires Comprendre la nature des documents et appliquer des normes et des politiques de conservation et de destruction des documents papiers et electroniques Donner un support technique pour l'utilisation de nos bases de donnees aupres de notre clientele interne Participer occasionnellement a certaines activites physiques (analyse, listing, classement de boites) a notre entrepot local ou sont repertoriees les differentes boites de documents a conserver

Ce que vous mettrez a profit :



Detenir un diplome d'etudes collegiales en technique de documentations ou en archivistique ou toute combinaison de formation et experience jugee pertinente pourrait etre consideree Excellent service a la clientele et capacite d'etablir des relations Aisance technologique et maitrise de MS Office (Word, Excel et PowerPoint) Capacite a travailler et a collaborer etroitement au sein d'une equipe diversifiee en presentiel Appliquer les procedures en place avec minutie et rigueur Hautement organise et capable de gerer efficacement le flux de travail sans supervision continue Posseder un bon doigte pour la saisie de donnees Bilinguisme (francais / anglais) - Necessite d'interagir sur une base reguliere avec des collegues partout au pays. Bonne forme physique car la personne devra etre en mesure de soulever occasionnellement des boites pesant en moyenne 25 a 35 lbs. Aucune experience de travail au Canada requise, mais necessite d'avoir l'autorisation de travailler au Canada.
