Vous devrez obtenir un certificat d'agent le recouvrement delivre par L'Office de la protection du consommateur. Nous faciliterons le tout et notre equipe sera en mesure de vous aider a assimiler l'information pour preparer l'examen. CBSC possede une maginifique equipe d'agent motive avec une moyenne d'anciennete de 20 ans. Si vous souhaitez faire partie de notre equipe voici les criteres que nous recherchons chez un candidat.

- Savoir bien communiquer.

Vos taches seront les suivantes:

- Effectuer des appels pour tenter de recouvrir les montants dus a nos clients.

- Comprendre la realite de nos consommateurs et les aider a etablir un budget.

- Bien gerer votre temps selon vos taches et nombre de dossiers a voir.

Your duties will be as followed:

- Reaching out to consumer's to try and get our client's debts paid.

- Help them figure out a budget and accompany them with their financial reality.

- Manage your accounts and time according to the reality of your task.

- Guide the consumer to the preferred way once you get their financial capacity.

You will have to obtain a certificate from the Office de la protection du consommateur. We will be there to help you study and master the notion to help you achieve the goal and get the certificate.

Remuneration: 20,00$ par heure

Heures prevues: au minimum 37.5 par semaine
