Responsabilites principales
Repondre aux demandes des clients (telephone, courriel) en francais et en anglais.
Offrir un soutien de niveau avance et resoudre les situations complexes.
Assurer le suivi des dossiers et maintenir une communication claire et professionnelle.
Supporter la logistique de transport et les services.
Effectuer divers rapports Excel
Differentes taches de classement et d'entree de donnees
Effectuer un suivi sur les expeditions de facon a repondre aux standards
Collaborer avec les autres departements pour optimiser l'experience client
Former et soutenir les nouveaux membres de l'equipe au besoin

Profil recherche
Bilingue (francais et anglais), oral et ecrit.
Experience significative en service a la clientele (poste senior ou role similaire, un atout).
Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en resolution de problemes.
Sens de l'organisation et capacite a gerer plusieurs priorites.
Maitrise des outils informatiques (Suite Office, CRM, etc.).
Exigences
Bilinguisme obligatoire -
Diplome d'etudes secondaires obligatoire
Experience minimum de 2 annees dans un poste similaire - un atout en transport
Connaissance geographique du Quebec et de l'Ontario un atout

Position: Senior Customer Service Agent - Bilingual (French/English) - Hybrid (2-3 days remote work)
Work schedule:
Full-time - Day shift - Monday to Friday, 7:00/7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Main Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries (phone, email) in both French and English
Provide advanced support and resolve complex situations
Ensure proper follow-up of client files and maintain clear, professional communication
Support transportation logistics and services
Prepare various Excel reports
Perform filing and data entry tasks
Monitor shipments to ensure compliance with service standards
Collaborate with other departments to optimize the customer experience
Train and support new team members when required
Perform other related duties as assigned
Profile Sought
Bilingual (French and English), spoken and written
Significant experience in customer service (senior-level or similar role, an asset)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office Suite, CRM, etc.)
Requirements
Bilingualism is mandatory
(French and English)
High school diploma required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role - experience in transportation is an asset
Knowledge of the geography of Quebec and Ontario is an asset
