Position: Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Hybrid Work (2-3 days remote)
Work Schedule:
Full-time - Day shift (Monday to Friday) - from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Main Responsibilities
Provide our clients with exceptional "one-stop" customer service
Respond to client inquiries via email or phone in accordance with established standards and procedures
Handle customer requests in both French and English, by phone and/or email
Follow up on shipments to ensure service standards are met
Support transportation logistics and related services
Generate various Excel reports
Perform data entry and filing tasks
Other related duties
Requirements
Bilingualism (French/English) is mandatory
High school diploma required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role - experience in the transportation sector is an asset
Knowledge of Quebec and Ontario geography is an asset
