Effectuer un emballage et un stockage des aliments appropri?s en fonction des exigences de s?curit? et des
instructions du client;
S?assurer que les ingr?dients et mat?riel d?emballage non utilis?s soient correctement ?tiquet?s et
retourn?s dans un lieu de stockage appropri?;
Respecter les r?gles de s?curit? alimentaire, de sant? et de s?curit? au travail, et les r?gles et normes de
l?entreprise. PROFIL RECHERCH?
Capacit? de rester debout dans le froid (-10oC) pour de longues p?riodes de temps;
Parler, ?crire et lire le fran?ais;
Capacit? de g?rer la pression dans un environnement dynamique;
Ma?triser les principes HACCP (m?thode d?analyse des dangers), un atout;
Disponibilit? ? travailler les quarts de jour, soir, nuit et fin de semaine.
Salaire : $16.24/h (prime soir $1.10/h - prime nuit $1.60/h)

Load the carts with the dishes, utensils and containers necessary for in-flight service;
Collect the serving trays and arrange the plates in trays according to the instructions;
Participate in the preparation and packaging of special dishes;
Organize the exterior and interior labels for the bread production of the day;
Perform appropriate food packaging and storage according to safety requirements and
customer instructions;
Ensure that unused ingredients and packaging materials are properly labeled and
returned to an appropriate storage location;
Respect the rules of food safety, health and safety at work, and the rules and standards of
the company. REQUIRED PROFILE
Ability to stand in the cold (-10oC) for long periods of time;
Speak, write and read French;
Ability to manage pressure in a dynamic environment;
Mastering HACCP principles (hazard analysis method), an asset;
Availability to work day, evening, night and weekend shifts.
