We\xe2\x80\x99re seeking a full-time Inside Sales Agent to join a fast-growing real estate team in Canada.
As an Inside Sales Agent, you will be in charge of the online lead generation management:
- Managing, calling and nurturing incoming online leads.
- Responding to new lead inquiries
- Outbound qualifying leads
- Booking appointments
- Supporting the conversion process, using outbound calling scripts and responding to SMS/email as needed.
- Recording all activity in our CRM
- 2 years of experience in Sales positions
- Experience in the Real Estate industry (is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Stable internet connection, at least 40 mbps- download and 40 mbps- upload
- Experience working with a CRM system (is a plus)
- 100% remote opportunity
- Base salary + Uncapped commissions
- Part time role (20 hrs/ week) & Full time role (40 hrs/week)
- Regular access to proven training resources & real estate coaching
