HOSPITALITY AND SNACK BAR AGENT (2)
Recognized for the quality of its products and services, the Old Port of Montr\xc3\xa9al Corporation (OPMC) manages a vast recreational and tourist site. Through the development of the Old Port site and the Montr\xc3\xa9al Science Centre, the Corporation actively participates in the development of the city. A dynamic and diversified place awaits you!
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Status: Unionized, regular and casual
- Schedule : Variable day shifts and weekends
- Dates : April 30 to September 16, 2023
- Salary : $21.53 (Class 3)
- Greet Science Centre, IMAX theatre and group clients (e.g. school, tourist, etc.)
- Offer and sell Science Centre activities and IMAX snack bar products using appropriate sales techniques
- Answer customer questions
- Control access to the exhibit halls and IMAX theatre while respecting capacity
- Record comments and complaints
- Manage the contents of the cash register and complete administrative documents (e.g.: cash register report)
- Provide coat check service
- High school diploma
- Bilingualism: English (intermediate, level 2)
- Computer knowledge: MS Office Suite (basic)
- 6 months experience in customer service
- 6 months experience in cashiering
- Experience in fast food (an asset)
