Job description:
Our team is growing, and we are actively looking to hire an Agency Assistant. As the Agency Assistant, you will manage the office administration and provide superior customer service to our clients in our fast-paced Agency sales office
Accountabilities:
Provide general Reception duties such as: greet walk-in clients and respond to inquiries; sort, distribute and action incoming mail
Respond to in-coming regional phone inquiries using in-house phone systems
Administer insurance policy updates and billings in in-house systems
Support the Agency Manager in the administration of re-occurring and various reports
Provide administrative support in the execution of marketing events
Provide administrative support by entering expense claims in financial system
Prepare and submit purchase orders for office supplies
Other tasks as required, such as Health and Safety Representative and Compliance for the Agency
Qualifications:
1 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience working in an office or customer service position.
Have the ability and desire to obtain a General Level One license.
High school diploma is required.
Proficient with standard software applications.
Proficient in Microsoft Office inclusive of Excel
