What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do: The Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand. \xc2\xb7 Understanding and following Westview Co-op\xe2\x80\x99s Health and Safety Program \xc2\xb7 Providing Exceptional service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our \xe2\x80\x9cYou\xe2\x80\x99re at Home Here\xe2\x80\x9d motto \xc2\xb7 Shipping and receiving \xc2\xb7 Oversee and assist in deliveries \xc2\xb7 Basic repairs and maintenance \xc2\xb7 Loading and unloading product \xc2\xb7 Maintaining day to day image standards and cleanliness \xc2\xb7 Fertilizer blending \xc2\xb7 Inventory management \xc2\xb7 Maintenance and safety documentation and scheduling of items (computer) \xc2\xb7 Other projects and assignments as required This position requires the maintenance, use and safe operation of equipment including small tractors, tender truck, forklifts, augers, as well as heavy lifting of product. Who you are: We are looking for a positive, approachable and motivated individual with a drive to learn. Previous experience with agriculture is preferred, however we welcome candidates with a combination of relevant experience and/or education. This position requires an individual who is mechanically inclined and comfortable with computers.
