Aftermarket Customer Service
Job Description
We are looking for an after-sales service agent to support our client, who specialized in the manufacturing of products for homes and buildings in Candiac, Quebec. If you have experience in customer service, ease with interpersonal relationships, and a preference for working on diverse cases while managing priorities, contact us for this challenge.
More specifically, you will:
Analyze and diagnose issues;
Prepare after-sales service cases for technicians;
Order necessary materials for after-sales services;
Follow up on cases while adhering to established processing deadlines;
Provide assistance to customers requiring support on the online platform;
Identify recurring product issues and redirect information (photos, complaints, etc.) to the technical team.
